Getting to Zero

Poverty Environment Partnership Joint Paper, June 2016

AF is a co-signatory to the 2016 “Getting to Zero” call to action of the Poverty Environment Partnership (PEP). Formed after the 2002 World Summit on Sustainable Development, PEP is an informal network of organisations committed to ending extreme poverty while sustaining the environment. This call to action followed the global agreement on the SDGs in 2015 and calls for the three key goals of Zero Extreme Poverty, Zero Net Greenhouse Gas Emissions, and Zero Net Loss of Natural Assets to be put into action at the country level.
